Your two-week program consists of three hours of in-person consultations. Video chat and phone chat can be arranged when not available to meet in person.
One of my favorite ways to connect with clients is on a Walk + Talk in nature. Nature is a master healer, increasing our vital energy, breathing in fresh air and taking in the surroundings of nature soothes stress and anxiety, and grounds and roots us.
